It’s being hailed as everything from the solution to employee burnout, to the very future of work.

We’re part of a pilot project with 4 Day Week - Global and are currently completing a 6 month trial of a four day week, along with over three dozen other organizations across the US and Canada.

I promised to keep you updated as we embrace this journey of working smarter, not harder - that’s why I’m  sharing what I’ve learned so far from implementing the four day week.
